I sit with your existing registers, incident data and reporting cycle to find where information dies. You get a written baseline: what is measured, what is missing, what is costing you.
Dashboards, risk models, Power Apps or DMAIC projects built against that baseline — always on tools you already license, so nothing new needs procurement approval.
Your team is trained to own it. Control plans, SOPs and documentation are handed over so the improvement survives after I leave — with an optional retained review cadence.
